Data protection declaration
We process and store the data necessary for processing queries to technical support and for the registration of products, as provided by the German Data Protection Act (BDSG). These data includes the name, address and contact data of the end customer registering the product or submitting a query to technical support.
We only use personal information to enable us to provide our technical support services. We shall not pass your information on to a third party without your express approval. If data need to be passed on to service providers in the context of order data processing, these are bound by the German Data Protection Act and other legal regulations.
You have the option of calling up and printing the content of this data protection declaration at any time. Furthermore, you have the right to obtain information free of charge on the data stored concerning your person. In this case, please contact the personnel responsible for all questions concerning data protection at this e-mail address: privacy@terratec.net
If you wish to have deleted the data necessary for the processing of queries to technical support and for the registration of the product, please send an e-mail with the subject line UNREGISTER and the serial number (for older products this is the registration number in the accompanying documentation) to the e-mail address unregister@terratec.de. (Please note that any other queries sent to this address will be deleted without reply).
You have the right to cancel your acceptance to the collection, storage, processing or transmission of your data at any time in the future. You may send us your cancellation in writing to the office address named in the imprint.
Any changes made to this Data Protection Declaration are updated online at this location. They shall be valid as accepted unless you file a complaint either in writing or by e-mail. The objection must be communicated to TerraTec within 14 days after the modifications have been made.
