When it comes to creating CDs and DVDs, the Grabster AV 150 MX and the full version of MAGIX provided are a perfectly matched duo. Thanks to the included USB cable, the external video grabber is ready to use in no time at all. Just hook it up to your laptop or desktop and connect an analog source. A few clicks later, the material is on your hard drive as a digital movie. The accompanying "Movies on CD & DVD TerraTec Edition" software makes it easy to edit the recordings you have just made and burn them to disk.

Importing materials from analog sources
No matter what device or medium you want to import data from—from video recorders to satellite receivers, camcorders, and even DVD players—all devices with analog video outputs can be connected with a composite or S-video cable. The connected video source is detected automatically. The incoming image appears in a preview window. You can specify the duration, quality and storage location for the recordings. Advanced users can fine-tune and individually adapt many settings.

Convenient editing and effects
In the second step, you can do a little post-production on your video recording or sequence of imported clips, for example by editing out commercials, creating chapters, improving the picture quality or adding text, music and effects. All functions and switches can be operated without studying the manual. You can also create menus or photo slideshows. One more click—and your DVD or CD will be burned. Of course, the number of copies you make is unlimited.

Videos can be played back anywhere
In no time at all, you have produced a professional DVD that is well worth watching.
