One of the two supplied CDs is not recognized by my computer- what can I do?

Answer 1
The Phono PreAmp iVinyl set includes a CD for Windows (Home Entertainment- SoundRescue TT edition) and one for Apple Macintosh (Roxio- CD Spin Doctor). Please install the software corresponding to your operating system.


Question 2
During the software installation a serial number is requested. Where can I find it?

Answer 2
The sticker with the serial number is located on the paper CD cover.


Question 3
Where do i find a update for the Algorithmix software?

Answer 3
After registration on the Algorithmix website you will get the latest version of the software send with a new serial number to your email adress.

I installed the latest Algorithmix software and read the documentation but my problem still exists.
