Delivery times

Our products are ready to be shipped within approx. 1-2 workdays after receipt of payment and are then sent to the shipping service. Depending on the method of shipping selected, delivery in Europe takes 1-3 workdays; for all countries outside the EU, shipment can take 5-10 days.

Please note that immediate receipt of payment is guaranteed only with payment by credit card. Advance payments may, under circumstances, require several days before the money is transferred into our account.

If a note appears in your basket that the selected product cannot be delivered immediately, it is sold out at the moment or not yet in stock (in the case of new products).
