Advance payment

You have the option of making purchases on an advance-payment basis. During the ordering process, you will receive an e-mail with all of the necessary details. Once we have received your payment, we will ship the merchandise without delay. Please do not forget to specify the correct amount and your transaction number in addition to the correct bank details. When making international bank transfers, ensure that the full amount will reach our account. In many cases, bank fees will be imposed for which you will be liable. We will automatically cancel your order if we do not receive the invoice amount in our account within 14 days.

Credit card

We accept the world's most popular credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Laser). The transactions are processed through our service provider WorldPay, a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland specialized in credit card payments. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order. Orders can be revoked within the statutory period and payments will be refunded to the appropriate credit card account.

Important note: For credit card payments to go through, it is important to ensure that the country in which the order will be delivered is the same country in which the credit card is issued (e.g. German delivery address – credit card has to be issued in Germany). In case of any differences, the order cannot be accepted for security reasons.
