Advance payment
You have the option of making purchases on an advance-payment basis. During the ordering process, you will receive an e-mail with all of the necessary details. Once we have received your payment, we will ship the merchandise without delay. Please do not forget to specify the correct amount and your transaction number in addition to the correct bank details. When making international bank transfers, ensure that the full amount will reach our account. In many cases, you will be liable for bank fees. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. You will be given the option of printing an invoice immediately after you have completed the order process, or later in the customer area. We will automatically cancel your order if we do not receive the invoice amount within 14 days.

We accept the world's most popular credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Laser). The transactions are processed through our service provider Worldpay, a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland specialized in credit card payments. Orders can be revoked within the statutory period and payments will be refunded to the appropriate credit card account.
Important Note: For credit card payments to go through it is important to ensure that the country in which the order will be delivered is the same country in which the credit card is issued (e.g. German delivery address - credit card has to be issued in Germany). In case of any differences, the order can not be accepted for security reasons.
