Power of reconsignment

The consumer is entitled to a power of revocation in the case of distance selling contracts (§ 13 German Civil Code). The consumer can revoke the contract without any grounds according to the requirements of the distance selling law. The revocation shall be carried out using the revocation form. Alternatively, a notice suffices as well as the reconsignment of the goods within the period stipulated. Please understand that the alternative options may take longer than the processing using the recommended revocation form.

Please note that carriage forward consignments will not be accepted. Furthermore, retailers, companies, self-employed persons, authorities, etc. are not considered to be consumers according to the German Civil Code and have therefore no power of revocation.

Consequences of revocation

Received goods and services must be refunded and, as the case may be, derived benefits must be returned in the case of an effective revocation. The compensation for loss of value is required, as the case may be, if the consumer is not able to return the received goods as a whole or only in part or only in a state of disrepair. This does not apply if the depreciation of the good is attributed to its inspection. The consumer can avoid the obligation for value replacement by not using the good as a proprietor, not conducting the installation of components by non-authorised qualified personnel and by refraining from everything else which can affect the value of the good.

The costs for returning the goods will be borne by us if the value of the goods returned exceeds 40 euros (only within Germany). We will provide you with a return note which is free of charge.

All shipping costs must be borne by the purchaser for orders outside Germany – also Switzerland and Austria.

Refundment

Credit card payments will exclusively be refunded into the corresponding credit card account. Nevertheless, bank details have to be stated in order to refund possible delivery costs.

Bank transfers for cash in advance orders will be refunded into an account stated by the customer.
